SPADES: STATE OF MIND - Album Cover

This is one of my most favorite album covers to create! I'm generally not someone who works with vibrant colors, but I just went for it in regards to this design piece. The main things I focused on when creating this album cover were cohesive colors, multiple textures, and movement.

Although I implemented several vibrant colors, I made sure that were cohesive by pulling them from the same color palette. I also added various textures seen both in the background as well as the font. I incorporated body movement, from the tango dancers front and center, to the glowing hand above them, to the very subtle eye in the background (using the woman's head as the pupil).

I really enjoyed seeing how all the pieces I wanted to incorporate came together to present such a unified album cover.
